You can generate the activity incidence report for every aircraft.

The “Select Aircraft” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields must be entered in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the date format is not defined, the system displays the organization level format.

Aircraft Reg #

The code identifying the registration number of the aircraft for which you wish to generate the report (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the "*" character. The system retrieves all the aircraft registration numbers similar to the number entered. Leave the field blank to retrieve the aircraft details irrespective of the aircraft registration number.

Aircraft Model #

The code identifying the identifying the model of the aircraft (Alphanumeric, 20). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the "*" character. The system retrieves all the aircraft models which are similar to the number entered. Leave the field blank to retrieve the aircraft details irrespective of the model number.

Manufacturer Serial #

The number identifying the serial number issued by the manufacturer for the part (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the "*" character. The system retrieves all the parts, which are similar to the number entered. Leave the field blank to retrieve the aircraft details irrespective of the manufacturer serial number.

Default Maint Base

Use the drop-down list box to select the default maintenance base for the aircraft. Leave the field blank to retrieve the aircraft details irrespective of the default maintenance base.

Customer #

The code identifying the customer (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the login ID in full or specify it partially using the "*" character. The system retrieves all the customer numbers which are similar to the number entered. Leave the field blank to retrieve the aircraft details irrespective of the number.

Customer Name

The name of the customer, who owns the aircraft (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the customer name in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the aircraft owned by the customer entered here.

The system displays the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

Aircraft Reg  #

The registration number of the aircraft.

Aircraft Model #

The model number of the aircraft.

Manufacture Serial #

The number identifying the serial number issued by the manufacturer for the part.

Default Maint Base

The organization unit that has been set as the default maintenance base.

Customer #

The number identifying the customer.

Customer Name

The name of the customer.

Date Range : From

The starting date, in the range of dates, for which the report must be generated (Date Format). The date entered here must be earlier than the date entered in the “Date Range:To” field.

By default, system shows the ‘Current Date’

Date Range : To

The ending date, in the range of dates, till which the report is to be generated (Date Format). The date entered here must be later than the date entered in the “Date Range:From” field.

By default, system shows the ‘Current Date + 6 months’

Report Action

Use the drop-down list box to select the report action. The system lists the following options:

  • View Report – Select this option to view the aircraft wise activity incidence report.

  • Print – Select this option to print the aircraft wise activity incidence report.
