This page allows you to generate the report that contains the details of related MCRs.

The “Generate Related MCR Report” page appears.

MCR #

The number identifying the maintenance change request for which the related MCR report must be generated (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the MCR number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all MCR numbers that are similar to the value entered here.

Revision #

The revision number of the maintenance change request (Alphanumeric, 40).

Subject

The textual description of the maintenance change request (Alphanumeric, 255). You can enter the MCR description in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all MCR numbers with descriptions that are similar to the value entered here.

Source Doc Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of source document that triggered MCR creation. The system lists all the MCR document types defined in the “Create MCR Document Types” activity of the “Common Master” business component.

EO Org Unit #

Use the drop-down list box to select the organizational unit in which the engineering order is created. The system lists all the organizational units in which the EO can be created.

The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline:

MCR #

The maintenance change request defined in the system.

Revision #

The revision number of the MCR.

Subject

The textual description of the MCR.

MCM #

The number identifying the modification committee meeting in which the MCR is processed.

MCM Status

The status assigned by the MCM to the MCR, which could be “Draft” or “Confirmed”.

Select All

Check this box to select all MCRs listed in the multiline.

Report Action

Use the drop-down list box to select the report action. The system lists the following options:

  • Print – Select this option to print the related MCR report.

  • View Report – Select this option to view the related MCR report.

Relationship Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the relationship between the MCRs.

 
  • Simultaneous – Select this option to retrieve the MCRs that can be executed simultaneously with the current MCR.

 
  • Preceding - Select this option to retrieve the MCRs raised before the current MCR.

 
  • Terminated – Select this option to retrieve the MCRs that are terminated by the current MCR.

 
  • Terminating - Select this option to retrieve the MCRs that terminate the current MCR.

 
  • AMOC - Select this option to retrieve the MCRs that are identified as alternate means of compliance for the current MCR.

 
  • Superceding - Select this option to retrieve the MCRs raised after the current MCR.

 
  • Related – Select this option to retrieve the MCRs that are related to the current MCR in any other way.
