Generate MCM Proceedings Report

This page allows you to generate the report that contains the details of modification committee meeting.

Select the “Generate MCM Proceedings Report” link under the “Engineering Reports” business component.

The “Generate MCM Proceedings Report” page appears.

Enter the following in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for modification committee meeting. Data entry in the following fields is optional:

MCM #	The number identifying the MCM for which you wish to generate the MCM proceedings report (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the MCM number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character.
Change Request #	The number of the change request processed by the MCM (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character.
MCM: From Date	The starting date, in the range of dates, in which the MCM was conducted (Date Format). The date entered here should be in the format displayed in the “Date Format” field. The system retrieves all the change requests for which the MCM was convened on the specified date.
MCM: To Date	The ending date, in the range of dates, in which the MCM was conducted (Date Format). The date entered here should be in the format displayed in the “Date Format” field. The system retrieves all the change requests for which the MCM was convened on the specified date. The date entered here should be greater than “MCM: From Date”.
MCM Decision	The decision taken by the MCM regarding the change request, whether to execute, hold or not to execute the change request (Alphanumeric, 25). You can enter the MCM decision in full or specify it partially using the “*” character.
Org Unit #	Use the drop-down list box to select the organizational unit in which the MCM is created. The system lists all the organizational units in which the engineering order can be created.

The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline:

MCM #	The modification committee number defined in the system.
MCM Date	The date on which the MCM was convened.
MCM Status	The status assigned by the MCM to the change request, which could be “Draft” or “Confirmed”.
MCM Decision	The decision taken by the MCM regarding the change request.
Org Unit #	The organizational unit in which the MCM is created.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the MCM for generating MCM proceedings report.
Enter the following field:

Select All

Check this box to select all MCMs listed in the multiline.

Report Action

Use the drop-down list box to select the report action. The system lists the following options:

Select the “Generate MCM Proceedings Report” link to generate the MCM proceedings report for the MCM selected in the multiline.
