This page allows you to generate the report that contains the details of fleet campaign directive.

The “Generate FCD Report” page appears.

From FCD #

The starting number in the range of FCD numbers for which you wish to generate the report (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character.

To FCD #

The ending number in the range of FCD numbers for which you wish to generate the report (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character.

MCR Issue From Date

The starting date in the range of MCR issue dates, for which the report is required (Date Format).

MCR Issue To Date

The ending date in the range of MCR issue dates, for which the report is required (Date Format).

Subject

The textual description of the fleet campaign directive (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system lists all the FCD whose descriptions are similar to the description entered here.

MCR #

The number identifying the MCR based on which the FCD is created (Alphanumeric, 40). The system retrieves the FCD numbers with the MCR number entered here.

Applicability

Use the drop-down list box to select the applicability of the FCD, for which the report must be generated. The system provides the following options:

 
  • Aircraft – Select this option to indicate that the FCD is applicable for aircraft.

 
  • Component – Select this option to indicate that the FCD is applicable for component.

 
  • Engine – Select this option to indicate that the FCD is applicable for engine.

ATA #

The ATA chapter number on which the FCD is executed (Alphanumeric, 16). You can enter the ATA chapter number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves the FCD numbers with the ATA chapter number entered here.

Aircraft Model #

The model to which the aircraft belongs (Alphanumeric, 20). You can enter the model number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves the FCD numbers with the model number entered here.

Aircraft Reg #

The aircraft registration number on which the FCD is executed (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the registration number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves the FCDs with the aircraft registration number entered here.

You can enter this field when the FCD applicability is “Aircraft”.

Part #

The part number on which the FCD is executed (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the part number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves the FCD numbers with the part number entered here.

You can enter this field when the FCD applicability is “Engine” or “Component”.

EO Org Unit #

Use the drop-down list box to select the organizational unit in which the FCD is created. The system lists all the organizational units in which the FCD can be created.

The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline:

FCD #

The fleet campaign directive number defined in the system.

Applicability

The applicability of the FCD. The system displays one of the following:

 
  • Aircraft –indicates that the FCD is applicable for aircraft.

 
  • Component –indicates that the FCD is applicable for component.

 
  • Engine –indicates that the FCD is applicable for engine.

Status

The status of the FCD.

MCR #

The number identifying the MCR based on which the FCD is created.

Revision #

The revision number of the MCR.

ATA #

The ATA chapter on which the FCD is performed.

FCD Category

The category to which the FCD belongs.

Subject

The textual description of the FCD.

EO Org Unit #

The organizational unit in which the fleet campaign directive is created.

Select All

Check this box to select all FCDs listed in the multiline.

Report Action

Use the drop-down list box to select the report action. The system lists the following options:

  • Print – Select this option to print the FCD report.

  • View Report – Select this option to view the FCD report.
