This page allows you to generate the report that contains the details of engineering order.

The “Generate EO Report” page appears.

EO #

The engineering order number for which the report must be generated (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system lists all the engineering order numbers that are similar to the values entered here.

Subject

The description of the engineering order (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system lists all the engineering orders with descriptions similar to the description entered here.

Applicability

Use the drop-down list box to select the applicability of the EO, for which the report must be generated. The system provides the following options:

 
  • Aircraft – Select this option to indicate that the EO is applicable for aircraft.

 
  • Component – Select this option to indicate that the EO is applicable for component.

 
  • Engine – Select this option to indicate that the EO is applicable for engine.

MCR #

The number identifying the MCR based on which the EO is created (Alphanumeric, 40). The system retrieves the EO numbers with the MCR number entered here.

MCR Issue From Date

The starting date in the range of MCR issue dates, for which the report is required (Date Format).

MCR Issue To Date

The ending date in the range of MCR issue dates, for which the report is required (Date Format).

ATA #

The ATA chapter number on which the EO is executed (Alphanumeric, 16). You can enter the ATA chapter number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves the EO numbers with the ATA chapter number entered here.

Source Doc Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of source document that triggered the EO creation. The system lists all the MCR document types defined in the “Create MCR Document Types” activity of the “Common Master” business component.

Aircraft Reg #

The aircraft registration number on which the EO is executed (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the registration number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves the EOs with the aircraft registration number entered here.

You can enter this field when the EO applicability is “Aircraft”.

Aircraft Model #

The model to which the aircraft belongs (Alphanumeric, 20). You can enter the model number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves the EO numbers with the model number entered here.

Part #

The part number on which the EO is executed (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the part number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves the EO numbers with the part number entered here.

You can enter this field when the EO applicability is “Engine” or “Component”.

EO Org Unit #

Use the drop-down list box to select the organizational unit in which the EO is created. The system lists all the organizational units in which the EO can be created.

The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline:

EO #

The engineering order number defined in the system.

Revision No

The revision number of the engineering order.

Subject

The description of the engineering order.

Applicability

The applicability of the EO. The system displays one of the following:

 
  • Aircraft –indicates that the EO is applicable for aircraft.

 
  • Component –indicates that the EO is applicable for component.

 
  • Engine –indicates that the EO is applicable for engine.

MCR #

The number identifying the MCR based on which the EO is created.

Revision #

The revision number of the MCR.

Issue Date

The date on which the MCR is issued.

ATA #

The ATA chapter on which the engineering order is performed.

EO Org Unit #

The organizational unit in which the engineering order is created.

Select All

Check this box to select all EOs listed in the multiline.

Report Action

Use the drop-down list box to select the report action. The system lists the following options:

  • Print – Select this option to print the EO report.

  • View Report – Select this option to view the EO report.
