Generating Work Scope Report
This page allows you to generate report on the component work scope.
Select the "Generate Work Scope Report" link under the “Component Maintenance Reports” business component.
The "Generate Work scope Report" page appears.
The system displays the following:
Date and Time Format |
The format in which the date and time fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the "Enterprise Modeling" component by default. |
Enter the following fields in the "Search Criteria" group box:
Work Scope # |
The number identifying the work scope for which the report must be generated (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. |
Status |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the work scope to be retrieved. The system displays the options “Fresh” and “Released”. The system displays blank by default. |
Part # |
The part number of the component on which the work scope report must be generated (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. |
Primary Work Center # |
The number identifying the primary work center, on which the work scope is executed (Alphanumeric, 30). |
Component # |
The number that identifies the component for which the work scope report must be generated (Alphanumeric, 90). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. |
Org. unit # |
Use the drop-down list box to select the organizational unit to which the component belongs. The system displays all the organizational units in the system. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to search for the work scopes.
The system displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline.
Work Scope # |
The number identifying the work scope. |
Part # |
The part number on which the component work order is generated. |
Serial # |
The serial number of the component. |
Component # |
The number that identifies the component on which the work order is generated. |
Primary Work Center # |
The work center where the work package has to be performed. |
Status |
The status of the work scope, which can be “Fresh” or “Released”. |
Work Scope Category |
The category of the work scope. |
Part Description |
The description of the part. |
Org. unit # |
The organizational unit to which the component belongs. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select component work scope(s) for report generation.
Check the “Select All” box to select all the component work scopes displayed.
Note: Ensure that at least one row of the multiline is selected.
