Generating Component Work Order Summary Report
This page allows you to generate the component work order summary report.
Select the "Generate Component Work Order Summary Report" link under the “Component Maintenance Reports” business component.
The "Generate Component Work Order Summary Report" page appears.
The system displays the following:
Date and Time Format |
The format in which the date and time fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the "Enterprise Modeling" component by default. |
Enter the following field in the "Report Criteria" group box:
Work Center# |
The number identifying the work center for which the component work order summary must be generated (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using “*” character. |
Org. unit # |
Use the drop-down list box to select the organizational unit to which the component belongs. The system displays all the organizational units in the system. |
Date From |
The Starting date, from which the work orders must be included for the summary report (Date Format). Mandatory. |
Date To |
The Ending date, until which the work orders must be included for the summary report (Date Format). |
Enter the following in the “Report Options” group box:

Use the drop-down list box to select the report action. The system lists the following options:
