Setting options for component maintenance reports

Select the “Set Options” link under the “Component Maintenance Reports” business component.

The “Set Options” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date field is displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

Enter the following field in the “Set Details” group box:

Default Report Action

Use the drop-down list box to select the report action. The system lists the following options:

View Report - Select this option to view the report.
Print - Select this option to print the report.
Print Preview - Select this option to preview the component maintenance report, before printing.

If no option is set, then the system sets the option “View report” by default.

Click the "Set Options" pushbutton, to store the settings.

The system displays the following in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Last Modified By	The name of the user who last modified the option setting.
Last Modified Date	The date on which the option setting was last modified.

The system sets the option and stores the login user name and the current server date as the last modified date.
