This page allows you to generate the report that contains the details of part configuration.

The “Generate Part Configuration Report” page appears.

Part #

The part for which the configuration report must be generated (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the part number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the part configurations defined for the part number entered here.

Base Part #

The base part number of the part (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the base part number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the part configurations with the base part number entered here.

ATA #

The ATA chapter, to which the part belongs (Alphanumeric, 16). You can enter the ATA chapter number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system lists all the part configurations with the ATA part number entered here.

Manufacturer

The manufacturer of the part (Alphanumeric, 45). You can enter the name of the manufacturer in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system lists all the part configurations whose manufacturer names are similar to the value entered here.

Config Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the part configuration. The system lists the following options:

  • Fresh – Select this option to generate report for part configuration in “Fresh” status.

  • Active – Select this option to generate report for part configuration in “Active” status.

  • Revised – Select this option to generate report for part configuration in “Revised” status.

The system sets the field to “Active” by default. Leave this field blank to generate reports for all model configurations, irrespective of the configuration status.

Revision #

The revision number of the part configuration (Alphanumeric, 40).

Component Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the component, which could be “Engine”, “APU”, “Landing Gear” or “Others”. Leave this field blank to retrieve details of all parts, irrespective of the type of the component. The system leaves this field blank by default.

Org. Unit #

Use the drop-down list box to select the organizational unit in which the part configuration is defined. The system lists all the organizational units  in which the configuration can be created.

The system fills in the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline, based on the filter criteria entered:

Part #

The number identifying the part for which the configuration is defined.

Part Description

The textual description of the part.

Base Part #

The base part number of the part.

ATA #

The ATA chapter number to which the part is associated.

Manufacturer

The manufacturer of the part.

Config Status

The status of the part configuration, which could be “Fresh”, “Active” or “Revised”.

Revision #

The number identifying the revision of the part configuration.

Component Type

The type of the component, which could be “Engine”, “APU”, “Landing Gear” or “Others”.

Org. Unit #

The organizational unit in which the part configuration is defined.

Select All

Check this box to select all the part configurations listed in the multiline.

Report Action

Use the drop-down list box to select the report action. The system lists the following options:

  • Print – Select this option to print the part configuration report.

  • View Report – Select this option to view the part configuration report.
