Viewing reliability calendar details

This page allows you to view the details of the reliability calendar that is already created in the “Create Reliability Calendar” activity. Tell me more.
Select the “View Reliability Calendar Details” link under the “Reliability Setup” business component.
The “View Reliability Calendar Details” page appears.
The system displays the following field:

Date Format |
The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default. |
Enter the following field in the “Calendar Details” group box:

Reliability Calendar Code |
Use the drop-down list box to select the code identifying the reliability calendar. The system displays all the reliability calendar codes that are created in the “Create Reliability” activity under the “Reliability Setup” business component. |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to display the calendar details.
The system displays the following fields in the “Calendar Details” group box:

Number of Periods |
The number of divisions in the reliability calendar in terms of months. |

Period Duration (Months) |
The duration of a period in months. |
|
Valid From Month – Year |
The year and month from which the reliability calendar starts. |
|
Valid To Month – Year |
The year and month in which the reliability calendar ends. |

Calendar Description |
The textual description of the reliability calendar. Zoom facility available. |

Remarks |
Comments pertaining to the reliability calendar. Zoom facility available. |

The system displays the following details in the “Period Details” multiline: |

Period # |
The number identifying the period. It starts with one and increments by one. |
|
Valid From Month – Year |
The year and month from which the reliability calendar starts. |
|
Valid To Month – Year |
The year and month in which the reliability calendar ends. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the period number for viewing the calendar-to-fleet mapping details.

Select the “View Calendar – Fleet Mapping Details” link at the bottom of the page to view the calendar-to-fleet mapping details.
Viewing reliability calendar details – An overview
In this page you can view the details of the reliability calendar that is already created in the “Create Reliability Calendar” activity. You can select the reliability calendar code for which the details are to be viewed. The system displays details such as fleet number, the years and months from which and to which the reliability calendar is valid, and the duration of the period are displayed.
The details of the period such as the period number and the validity of the month and year of the reliability calendar can also be viewed.
