View fleet – planner mapping details
This page allows you to view the fleet-to-planner mapping details.
Select the “View Fleet – Planner Mapping Details” link under the “Reliability Setup” business component.
The “View Fleet – Planner Mapping Details” page appears.
The system displays the following field:
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default. |
Enter the following field in the “Fleet Details” group box
Fleet # |
Use the drop-down list box to select the fleet number. The system lists all the fleet numbers created in the “Create Fleet” activity of the “Reliability Setup” business component. |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to display the fleet details.
The system displays the following in the “Fleet Details” group box:
Status |
The status of the fleet, which can be either “Active” or “Inactive”. |
Fleet Description |
The textual description of the fleet. Zoom facility available. |
The system displays the following in the “Employee Details” multiline:
User Name |
The name of the user. It is usually the server name. |
Employee # |
The code identifying the employee. |
Employee Name |
The name of the employee. |
Valid From Date |
The starting date from which the user can plan the maintenance activity. |
Valid To Date |
The ending date to which the user can plan the maintenance activity. |
