Basics of using a typical web page

Using Online Help

You can select the reliability calendar code corresponding the fleet selected to view the uploaded reliability record details. You can carry out a search based on filter criteria, such as reliability calendar code and the fleet number. The system displays the fleet number, reliability calendar code, mapping status, the years and months from and to which the reliability calendar is valid, number of periods and the period duration details based on the search criteria.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

Fleet #

Use the drop-down list box to select the fleet number. The system lists all the fleet numbers created in the “Create Fleet” activity of the “Reliability Setup” business component.

Reliability Calendar Code

Use the drop-down list box to specify the reliability calendar code for which the uploaded details are to be viewed.

The system fills in the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

Fleet #

The number identifying the fleet.

Reliability Calendar #

The number identifying the reliability calendar.

Mapping Status

The status of the mapping.

Valid From Month – Year

The year and month from which the reliability calendar starts.

Valid To Month – Year

The year and month in which the reliability calendar ends.

Number of Periods

The number of divisions in the reliability calendar in terms of months (Alphanumeric, 45).

Period Duration (Months)

The duration of the period in months.
