This page allows you to search for a fleet.
You can carry out the search using the fleet number, the status and the description of the fleet. The system retrieves all the fleets, which are in the “Active” status, based on the search criteria entered. On confirmation, the selected fleet is transferred to the required page.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the Fleet #” field.
The “Help On Fleet #” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for a fleet number:

Fleet # |
Use the drop-down list box to select the fleet number. The system lists all the fleet numbers created in the “Create Fleet” activity of the “Reliability Setup” business component. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the fleet. It can be “Active”, “Inactive” or “Blank”. The system displays “Blank” by default. |

Fleet Description |
The textual description of the fleet (Alphanumeric, 150). |
Note: Leave all the fields blank, to retrieve all the fleet numbers available in the database.
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.
The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline, based on the search criteria entered.

The status of the fleet. |

Fleet Description |
The description of the fleet. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the fleet number.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
