Selecting reliability calendar for modification

This option allows you to select a reliability calendar to be modified. The system lists all the reliability calendar codes that are created in the “Create Reliability Calendar” activity of the “Reliability Setup” business component. The details of the reliability calendar such as period number, the valid year and month are displayed. You can also directly enter the reliability calendar code in the “Direct Entry” group box, if you know the code of the reliability calendar to be modified.
Select the “Edit Reliability Calendar” link under the “Reliability Setup” business component.
The “Select Reliability Calendar” page appears.
The system displays the following field:

Date Format |
The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default. |
Enter the following field in the “Direct Entry” group box, if you are aware of the reliability calendar code the details of which are to modified:

Reliability Calendar Code |
The reliability calendar code for which the details are to be modified (Alphanumeric, 20). |
Select the “Edit Reliability Calendar” alongside the “Reliability Calendar Code” field to modify the reliability calendar information.
Search for the Reference Document
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for the reference document. Data entry in the following fields is optional:

Reliability Calendar Code |
The reliability calendar code for which the details are to be modified (Alphanumeric, 20). |

Valid From Year |
The year from which the reliability calendar starts. |

Valid From Month |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the calendar month from which the reliability calendar starts. The system lists all the twelve months of the year. The system displays “Jan” by default. |

Valid To Year |
The end year of the reliability calendar. |
|
Valid To Month |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the end month of the reliability calendar. The system lists all the twelve months of the year. The system displays “Jan” by default. |

Number of Periods |
The number of divisions in the reliability calendar in terms of months (Alphanumeric, 45). |

Period Duration (Months) |
The duration of a period in months. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to display the search results:
The system fills in the following fields in the multiline:

The number identifying the reliability calendar. |

The month and year from which the reliability calendar starts. |

Valid To Month- Year |
The month and year in which the reliability calendar ends. |

Click the box in the “ Select” column of the multiline to mark a reliability calendar for which the details are to be modified.
