This activity allows you to maintain the fleet details that are already defined in the “Create Fleet” page.

The “Fleet – Planner Mapping” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields appear in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

Fleet #

Use the drop-down list box to select the fleet number. The system lists all the “Active” fleet numbers created in the “Create Fleet” activity of the current business component.

  Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to display the results.

The system displays the following field in the “Fleet Details” group box.

Status

The status of the fleet.

Fleet Description

The description of the fleet.

Zoom facility available.

User Name

The name of the user. It is usually the server name (Alphanumeric 30).

 

Help facility available.

 

The system displays the following in the “Employee Details” multiline:

Employee #

The code identifying the employee.

Employee Name

The name of the employee.

Valid From Date

The starting date from which the user can plan the maintenance activity (Alphanumeric 20).

Valid To Date

The ending date onto which the user can plan the maintenance activity (Alphanumeric 20).
