This activity allows you to maintain the fleet details that are already defined in the “Create Fleet” page.
Select the “Maintain Fleet – Planner Mapping” link under the “Reliability Setup” business component.
The “Fleet – Planner Mapping” page appears.
The system displays the following field:
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields appear in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
Enter the following in the “Fleet Details” group box to retrieve the details of the fleet.
Fleet # |
Use the drop-down list box to select the fleet number. The system lists all the “Active” fleet numbers created in the “Create Fleet” activity of the current business component. |

Status |
The status of the fleet. |
Fleet Description |
The description of the fleet. Zoom facility available. |
Enter the following in the “Employee Details” multiline.
User Name |
The name of the user. It is usually the server name (Alphanumeric 30). |

Employee # |
The code identifying the employee. |
Employee Name |
The name of the employee. |
Enter the following in the “Employee Details” multiline.
Valid From Date |
The starting date from which the user can plan the maintenance activity (Alphanumeric 20). |
Valid To Date |
The ending date onto which the user can plan the maintenance activity (Alphanumeric 20). |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the employee details to maintain the fleet planner details.
Click the “Delete” pushbutton to delete the employee details selected in the multiline.
Click the “Update Mapping Details” pushbutton to update the mapping details.
