You can close the period of the reliability calendar. Calendars which have been closed for all the fleets to which they are mapped will not be fetched.
Select the “Close Reliability Periods” link at the bottom of the “Select Reliability Calendar” page.
The “Close Reliability Calendar” page appears.
The system displays the following field:

Date Format |
The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Reliability Calendar Details” group box:

Reliability Calendar Code |
The code identifying the reliability calendar. |
|
Fleet # |
The unique number assigned to the fleet. |
|
Mapping Status |
The status of the mapping. |
|
Calendar Valid Form Month – Year |
The year and month from which the reliability calendar starts. |
|
Calendar Valid To Month – Year |
The year and month in which the reliability calendar ends. |
The system displays the following details in the “Period Details” multiline:

Period # |
The number identifying the period. It starts with one and increments by one. |

Valid Form Month – Year |
The year and month from which the reliability calendar starts. |

Valid To Month – Year |
The year and month in which the reliability calendar ends. |

Period Status |
The status of the period. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to close the reliability details.
Click the “Close Reliability Period” pushbutton to close the details of the reliability calendar.
The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Mapped By |
The name of the user who mapped the reliability calendar. |

Mapped Date |
The date on which the reliability calendar was mapped. |
|
Closed By |
The name of the user who closed the period of the reliability calendar. |
|
Closed Date |
The date on which the period of the reliability calendar was closed. |

Select the “View Calendar – Fleet Mapping” link at the bottom of the page to view the calendar-to-fleet mapping details.
Notes: The calendar assumes closed status once all the periods are in closed status .
