This page allows you to select a reliability calendar for closing. You can carry out a search based on the reliability calendar code, fleet number, the year from which it is valid, the month from which it is valid , the year to which it is valid, the month to which it is valid and the period duration. Based on the search criteria, the system retrieves reliability calendars that are in the confirmed status of mapping with any of the fleets, and that are not closed. Calendars which have been closed for all the fleets to which they are mapped will not be fetched.
Select the “Close Reliability Calendar” link under the “Reliability Setup” business component.
The “Select Reliability Calendar” page appears.
The system displays the following field:

Date Format |
The format in which the date fields must be entered in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for the reference document. Data entry in the following fields is optional:

Reliability Calendar # |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the reliability calendar code for which the details are to be uploaded |

Fleet # |
Use the drop-down list box to select the fleet number. The system lists all the fleet numbers created in the “Create Fleet” activity of the “Reliability Setup” business component. |

Valid From Year |
The year from which the reliability calendar starts. |

Valid From Month |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the calendar month from which the reliability calendar starts. The system lists all the twelve months of the year. The system displays “Jan” by default. |

Valid To Year |
The end year of the reliability calendar. |
|
Valid To Month |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the end month of the reliability calendar. The system lists all the twelve months of the year. The system displays “Jan” by default. |

Period Duration (Months) |
The duration of the period in months. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to display the search results
The system fills in the following fields “Search Results” multiline:

Reliability Calendar # |
The number identifying the reliability calendar. |

Fleet # |
The number identifying the fleet. |

Valid Form Month – Year |
The year and month from which the reliability calendar starts. |

Valid To Month – Year |
The year and month in which the reliability calendar ends. |

Number of Periods |
The number of divisions of the reliability calendar signifying the duration of the reliability calendar. |

Period Duration (Months) |
The duration of the period in months. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the reliability calendar for closing the records.
Note: Ensure that atleast one change order is selected for closing.
Note: The system changes the status of the change order from “Released” to “Closed”.
To proceed, carry out the following
