Selecting the reliability calendar for uploading the records

You can select the resource for which you need to upload the reliability calendar details. You can carry out a search based on filter criteria, such as reliability calendar code, fleet number, the years and months form which and till which the reliability calendar is valid, and the period duration. The system displays the reliability calendar details based on the search filter criteria.

Select the “Upload Reliability Data” link under the “Reliability Setup” business component.

The “Select Reliability Calendar” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for the reference document. Data entry in the following fields is optional:

Reliability Calendar #	Use the drop-down list box to specify the reliability calendar code for which the details are to be uploaded
Fleet #	Use the drop-down list box to select the fleet number. The system lists all the fleet numbers created in the “Create Fleet” activity of the “Reliability Setup” business component.
Valid From Year	The year from which the reliability calendar starts.
Valid From Month	Use the drop-down list box to specify the calendar month from which the reliability calendar starts. The system lists all the twelve months of the year. The system displays “Jan” by default.
Valid To Year	The year in which the reliability calendar ends.
Valid To Month	Use the drop-down list box to specify the end month of the reliability calendar. The system lists all the twelve months of the year. The system displays “Jan” by default.
Period Duration ( In Months)	The duration of the period in months.

Click the “Search” pushbutton to display the search results

The system fills in the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

Reliability Calendar #	The number identifying the reliability calendar.
Fleet #	The number identifying the fleet.
Valid From Month – Year	The year and month from which the reliability calendar starts.
Valid To Month – Year	The year and month in which the reliability calendar ends.
Number of Periods	The number of divisions in the reliability calendar in terms of months (Alphanumeric, 45).
Period Duration (Months)	The duration of the period in months.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the reliability calendar for uploading the details.
