Recording Reference details while recording corrective and preventive action

Select the "Reference Details" tab in the "Record Corrective and Preventive Action" page.

The "Reference Details" tab page appears:

The multiline displays the following

Reference Element	The reference factor.
Reference #	The identification number of the reference document.
Instructions	Any procedural steps pertinent to the reference.
File Name	The reference document associated with the audit.

To proceed, carryout the following:

Select the “Summary of Observations” tab to record details of recommendations and observations.
Select the “Non-Conformance Report” tab to record details of the non-conformance report.
