Viewing schedule information of a purchase request

This page allows you view the schedule information of the part for which the delivery type. Tell me more.

Select “View Schedule Information” link at the bottom of the “View Purchase Request” page.

The “View Schedule Information” page appears.

The system displays the following.

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this screen. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the Enterprise Modeling business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Part Information” group box.

PR #	The number identifying the purchase request for which the schedule information is displayed.
Status	The status of the purchase request.

Enter the following:

Line #

Use the drop-down list box to select the line number pertaining to the part displayed in the “View Purchase Request” page, for which the schedule information must be viewed. The system lists all the line numbers displayed in the “View Purchase Request” page, for which the delivery type is “Multiple”.

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the part details.

The system displays the following:

PR Date	The date on which the purchase request is raised.
Part #	The number identifying the part entered in the selected line number, in the “View Purchase Request” page. The description pertaining to the part.
Mfr. Part #	The number provided by the manufacturer of the part.
Requested Qty	The quantity of the part requested to be purchased.

The system displays the following in the “Schedule Information” multiline.

Schedule #	The sequential number generated by the system for every batch in the schedule.
Reqd. Qty	The quantity of the part to be shipped in this batch.
Date Reqd	The date on which the required quantity must be delivered

Viewing schedule information of a purchase request – An overview

This page allows you view the schedule information of the part for which the delivery type is set as “Multiple”, in the purchase request. You can select the line number pertaining to the part displayed in the “View Purchase Request” page, for which the schedule information must be viewed. On entering the line number, the system displays the schedule details of the part. You can view the schedule details of the requested quantity of the part.
