In this page, you can select the customer to whom you wish to return the core, or the parts that were lying in excess, in the maintenance shop.  Tell me more

Customer #

The number identifying the customer to whom you wish to return the core or excess parts (Alphanumeric,18).

To search for a customer

Customer #

The number identifying the customer to whom you wish to return the core or excess parts (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the customer number in full, or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves the “Active” customer numbers defined in the “Customer“ business component which are similar to the number entered here.

Customer Name

The name of the customer who receives the returned part (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the customer name in full, or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the customer names defined in the “Customer“ business component which are similar to the name entered here.

The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline:

Customer #

The code identifying the customer retrieved by the system.

Customer Name

The name of the customer.

If you know the exact customer code, you can directly enter it. Otherwise, you can carry out a search based on the customer code and the customer name.
