Help on part price list

This page allows you to search and select part price list and transfers the same to the field in which it is required. You can carry out the search using the part price list number, currency, pricing basis and effective period. The system retrieves all the part price lists, which are in the “Active” status, based on the search criteria entered. The selected part price list is transferred to the required page, when it is confirmed.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Part Price List #” field in the main page.

The “Help On Part Price List ” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for part price list:

Part Price List #	The number identifying the part price list (Alphanumeric, 10). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the "*" character.
Description	The textual description of the part price list (Alphanumeric, 255).
Currency	Use the drop-down list box to select the currency. The system lists all the currencies permitted for the company as defined in “Enterprise Setup” business component. By default, the system displays the Base Currency. Leave this field blank, if you wish to retrieve the part price list irrespective of the currency.
Pricing Basis	Use the drop down list box to select the pricing basis as “Flat”, “Part No”, ”Part Group” or “Part Type”. Leave this field blank, if you wish to retrieve the part price list irrespective of the pricing basis.
Effective From Date	The date from which the part price list becomes effective (Date Format).
Effective To Date	The date till which the part price list remains effective (Date Format). Ensure that the “Effective To Date” is later than the “Effective From Date”.
Price List Type	Use the drop-down list box to specify the type to which the part price list belongs. The system lists the following options: Regular – Select this option to indicate whether the price list is part number-based, part group-based or part type-based or flat value-based. OEM – Select this option to indicate that the price list is only part number-based. Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve the price list details irrespective of the price list type. The system displays blank by default.
OEM #	The number identifying the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the "*" character.

Note: Leave all the fields blank, to retrieve all the part price lists available in the database.

Click the “Search” pushbutton to search for the part price list.

The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline, based on the search criteria entered:

Part Price List #	The number identifying the part price list.
Revision#	The revision number of the part price list.
Description	The textual description of the part price list.
Currency	The currency of the part price list.
Pricing Basis	The pricing basis of the part price list.
Pricing Method	The pricing method of part price list.
Effective From Date	The date from which the part price list becomes effective.
Effective Date To	The date till which the part price list is effective.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the part price list.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
