This activity allows you to set the default options for the part price list.

The “Set Option” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

Activation of Part Price List

Use the drop-down list box to set the approval of the part price list as one of the following:

  • Required - Select this option if the activation of the part price list is required.

  • Not Required – Select this option if the activation of the part price list is not required.

  • Required only for Revisions - Select this option if the activation is required only for revising a part price list.

Base Part Price List #

The base part price list number. (Alphanumeric, 40). Ensure that the value entered here is an active part price list number.

The system displays the following field in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Last Modified By

The name of the user who last modified the option settings.

Last modified Date

The date on which option settings were last modified.

Note: The system updates the “Last Modified by” field with the login user name and the “Last Modified Date” field with the current server date.
