Selecting required Part # - Mfr #

This page allows you select the Part #, if the entered Mfr. Part # has more than one Part #.

Ø  Press the ‘Enter’ key in the “Mfr. Part #” field in the “Create Purchase Order” page or “Create Purchase Request” page. When the Mfr. Part # is same for more than one Part #, the system automatically pops up this page so that the user can select the Part #.  

The system displays the following;

Part #	The number identifying the part.
Part Description	A textual description pertaining to the part.
Mfr. Part #	The number provided by the manufacturer of the part
Mfr. #	The code identifying the manufacturer of the part
Mfr. Name	The name of the manufacturer of the part.
Prime?	Indicates whether the part is a prime part or not.

Ø  Check the box in the multiline to select a part number.

Ø  Click the “OK” pushbutton.
