This screen enables the user to record the parameter values like Since New, Since Repair, Since Overhaul and checklist requirement like Requirement Type, Entity against each part.

The “Record Part Technical Data” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the header section:

Document Type

The document type for which the part technical data is to be managed.

Document #

The number identifying the document for which the part technical data is to be managed.

Document Date

The date on which the document was created.

Trading Partner

The concatenation of the Trading Partner Type/Trading Partner #/Trading Partner Name.

Display Option

Use the drop-down list box to specify the level at which the part technical data is to be  managed. The system lists the option “Document Level” . The system displays the value “Document Level”, by default.

Part #

Use the drop-down list box to specify the part for which the technical data is to be  managed. The system lists all the part # available in the document along with the value “All”.

Note: If the screen is launched from Inspect Parts, systems defaults the Part # based on the record selected in the multiline.

Display Serial # / Lot #

Select the checkbox to indicate whether the Serial # and Lot # of the part are to be displayed in the multiline. Note: On Page Launch for Parameter Value Requirements tab, Display Serial # / Lot #  checkbox is selected by default.

 

To proceed, carry out the following:
