Viewing bill of material information for the service

This page allows you to view the bill of material details of a particular service.

Select the “View Bill of Material” link in the “View Service Planning Information” page.

The “View Bill of Material” page appears.

The system displays the following in the “Service Information” group box:

Service #	The number identifying the service for which bill of material details are displayed.
Service Description	The textual description of the service.
Service Type	The type of the service, which could be “Regular”, “Conversion” or “Activity”.
Service Category	The category of the service.
Quantity	The number of bills of material associated with the specified service.
Default UOM	The default unit of measurement of the bill of material associated with specified service.
Version #	The version number of the bill of material for the specified service.
Modifiable At Order	The system displays “Yes”, if the bill of material details can be modified at order. The system displays “No” otherwise.

The system displays the following in the “Service Part Information” multiline:

Constituent Type	The constituent type of the service, for which the bill of material details are displayed. The system lists one of the following, based on the “Service Type”: § If the service type is “Conversion”, then the constituent type could be “Primary Output”, “Secondary Output”, “Returnable Input”, “Issuable Input” or “Non Issuable Input”. § If the service type is “Regular”, then the constituent type could be “Returnable Input”, “Issuable Input”, “Non Issuable Input” or “Core Returnable Input”. § If the service type is “Activity”, then the constituent type could be “Principal Part”, “Issuable Input”, “Non Issuable Input”, “Returnable Input” or “Core Returnable Input”.
Part #	The part number associated with the specified service.
Part Description	The textual description of the part.
Quantity	The quantity of the part associated with the service.
UOM	The unit of measurement of the part.
Positive Tolerance	The upper limit beyond which it is not possible to perform the service for the part.
Negative Tolerance	The lower limit below which it is not possible to perform the service for the part.
Proportional Qty?	The system displays “Yes”, if the bill of material details are proportionate to the sub-contract order details. The system displays “No” otherwise.
