This page allows you to view the group type details.
Select the “View Group Type” link under the “Part Administration” business component.
The “View Group Type” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for a group type. Data entry in the following fields is optional:

Group Type |
The code identifying the type of the part group (Alphanumeric, 20). You can enter the group type in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all group types that are similar to the number entered here. Leave the field blank to retrieve the group type irrespective of the type entered. |

Group Type Description |
The description of the group type (Alphanumeric, 80). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system displays all the group types with the description similar to the description entered here. Leave the field blank to retrieve the group type irrespective of the description entered. |

Usage |
Use the drop-down list box to select the usage of the group type. The system lists the options “Maintenance", "Operation", "Inventory", “Purchase”, “Sales”, “Accounting” and "Others". The system retrieves the group types according to the option selected here. Leave the field blank to retrieve the group type irrespective of the usage entered. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the group type. The system lists the options “Active” and “Inactive”.Leave the field blank to retrieve the group type irrespective of the status entered. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to display the search results.
The system retrieves the following in the “Group Type Details” multiline, based on the search criteria entered.

The date on which the group type is created |

The name of the user who last modified the group type details |

The date on which the group type details were last modified |
