The number identifying the registration of the aircraft for which the new part/ attribute change is required.

Work Center

Use the drop-down list box to select the work center where the new part/ attribute change is requested. The system lists all the “Active” work centers as defined in the “Work Center” business component.

The system displays the last saved value if any. Otherwise, it leaves the field blank by default.

Station

The station where the new part/ attribute change is requested.

Reference Document Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the reference document based on which the new part/ attribute change is requested. The system lists “Hangar Work Order'” “Component Work Order”, '”Technical Log”', '”Purchase Order”, “Repair Order'” “Goods Receipt”, “Material Request'” and “Others”.

The system displays the last saved value if any. Otherwise, it leaves the field blank by default.

The number identifying the reference document pertaining to the new part/ attribute change request document (Alphanumeric, 40)
