This page allows you to view the details of the selected numbering type. Details such as the prefix, suffix, starting number and the ending number of the numbering type, and the period during which the numbering type is effective, are displayed. The system also displays the last number generated using this numbering type

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the Enterprise Modeling business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Numbering Type Information” group box.

Numbering Type

The code identifying the numbering type.

Num Type Description

The textual description of the numbering type.

The system displays the following in the “Numbering Type Details” multiline:

Prefix

The prefix of the numbering type.

Suffix

The suffix of the numbering type.

Starting No

The starting number of the numbering type.

Ending No

The ending number of the numbering type.

Effective from

The date from which the numbering type is effective.

Effective To

The date till which the numbering type is effective.

Last Generated No

The last number generated by the system in the numbering type.

The following offline-related fields are displayed only if Usage Mode under the category Offline Configurator Options in the Configure Offline Parameters activity of the Configurator component is 1.

Offline?

Indicates whether the prefix and suffix combination associated with the numbering type is valid for an offline area. 

Offline Area #

The number identifying the offline area for which the prefix and suffix combination is valid.

Offline Area Description

The name/description of the offline area for which the prefix and suffix combination is valid.

The system displays the following in the “Record Statistics” group box.

Created By

The login id of the user who created the numbering type.

Last Modified By

The login id of the user who modified the numbering type last.

Created Date

The date on which the numbering type was created.

Last Modified Date

The date on which the numbering type was modified last.

Source

The OU that is the source of the numbering type information.

Owner

The OU that is the owner of the numbering type information.
