Basics of using a typical Web Page

The "Transfer Work Package Log" page appears.

Station

To retrieve work packages executed in work centers associated with a specific station, select the station from the drop-down list box. The drop-down list box displays the Active Stations defined in the Common Master business component.

By default, this field displays the station associated with the primary work center for which the login user has access rights.

Work Center

To retrieve work packages executed in a specific work center, select the work center from the drop-down list box. The drop-down list box displays the Active work centers defined in the Work Center business component.

By default, this field displays the primary work center for which the login user has access rights.

Aircraft Reg. #

To retrieve work packages for a specific aircraft, enter the aircraft registration #. You can enter registration number in full or interspersed with the "*" character. The search retrieves aircraft with registration numbers similar to the number input here.

Shift Code

To retrieve work packages executed in a specific shift, select the shift code from the drop-down list box. The drop-down list box displays the available shifts in the work center as selected in the Station drop-down list box.

Date From / To

From the drop-down list box, select Created Date, if you wish to retrieve packages based on the date of creation. Alternately, you can select Transferred Date to retrieve packages based on the date of transfer from the mobile LineAnywhere application to the desktop Ramco Aviation suite. By default, the field is set as “Transferred Date”.

To retrieve packages created / transferred in a specific period, enter the start and end date of the period in the next date fields.

The system retrieves packages with Load Status as Loaded created / transferred in the period between the specified dates.

By default, Date From displays the current date and time of the previous month as per the time zone of the defaulted station. However, on selection of the shift code, the shift start time is set as start time for the requested period. By default, the Date To field displays the current date and time of the current month as per the time zone of the defaulted station. Similar to Created Date From, this field displays the current date and time of the current month and the shift end time as the end time per the time zone of the defaulted station by default.

The search will retrieve / display packages in the load status ‘Loaded’ / transfer status ‘Pending’ which meet the above criteria

Status search

The following filter cards appear with the count of work packages in specific status.

All

Shows the count of work packages retrieved on the basis of the specified criteria in the following :

    • Validated

    • Pending

    • Processed

    • Loaded

    • Error Transfer

    • Error CoM

    • Short Closed

On click of the filter card, these work packages are displayed in the multiline.

This filter card becomes active on launch of the screen.

Error

Shows the count of work packages retrieved on the basis of the specified criteria with the transfer status as ‘Error’. On click of the filter card, these work packages are displayed in the multiline.

Pending

Shows the count of work packages retrieved on the basis of the specified criteria with the transfer status as ‘Pending’. On click of the filter card, these work packages are displayed in the multiline.

Validated

Shows the count of work packages retrieved on the basis of the specified criteria with the transfer status as ‘Validated’. On click of the filter card, these work packages are displayed in the multiline.

Processed

Shows the count of work packages retrieved on the basis of the specified criteria with the transfer status as ‘Processed’. On click of the filter card, these work packages are displayed in the multiline.

Loaded

Shows the count of work packages retrieved on the basis of the specified criteria with the load / transfer status as ‘Loaded’. On click of the filter card, these work packages are displayed in the multiline.

Shortclosed

Shows the count of work packages retrieved on the basis of the specified criteria with the transfer status as ‘Shortclosed’. On click of the filter card, these work packages are displayed in the multiline.

Search By

If you have selected the Package radio button, the drop-down list box displays these attributes: Transfer Ref. #, Package #, Arrival Flight # and Error Count <=.

However, if you have selected the Error radio button, the drop-down list box will display these attributes: Transfer Ref. #, Package #, Task #, Discrepancy #, Comp. Repl. # and Arrival Flight #.

In the adjacent input box, enter the value for the attribute. You can enter the number in full or interspersed with the "*" character.

The below multiline will retrieve work packages with attribute value similar to the number specified here.

The search will retrieve / display packages in the load status ‘Loaded’ / transfer status ‘Pending’ which meet the above criteria

Additional search criteria in Package view level

Transferred By

The employee who transferred the work package from LineAnywhere app to Ramco Aviation. You can enter employee code in full or interspersed with the "*" character. The search retrieves work packages transferred by employees with codes similar to the one input here.

Last Validated Date

To retrieve work packages that were validated on or before a specific date, enter the date.

Additional Search criteria in Error view level

Error Entity Type

To retrieve errors associated with a specific entity, select the entity from the drop-down list box. The drop-down list box displays the following: Package, Task, Discrepancy, Comp. Repl. and Others.

Transferred By

To retrieve work packages t transferred from LineAnywhere app to Ramco Aviation by a specific employee, enter the code of the employee. You can enter the employee code in full or interspersed with the "*" character. The search retrieves work packages transferred by employees with codes similar to the one input here.

Error Message Like

To retrieve erroneous work packages with specific error messages, enter the error text. You can enter error message in full or interspersed with the "*" character. The search retrieves work packages with error messages similar to the number input here.

Data Retrieval

The multiline displays details of the work packages retrieved based on search criteria.

Package #

The identifier of the work package

Aircraft Reg. #

The aircraft for which the work package was created offline in the LineAnywehre application.

Arrival Flight #

The arrival flight undertaken by the aircraft.

Transfer Ref  / Load #

The transfer or load reference# associated with the work package / aircraft.

The load reference # against which the package was loaded to the device from the desktop Ramco Aviation suite

The transfer reference # against which the package was transferred from the device the desktop Ramco Aviation suite

Transfer / Load Status

The transfer or load status of the work package, such as Transferred, Force -Transferred, Loaded or Pending.

Total Error Count

The total count of errors encountered by the work package.

Package Errors + Discrepancy Errors + Comp Repl Errors + Other Errors

Package Errors

The count of errors associated with the work package with error entity type as ‘Package’.

Task Errors

The count of errors associated with the work package with error entity type as ‘Task’.

Discrepancy Errors

The count of errors associated with discrepancies with error entity type as ‘Discrepancy’.

Created Date & Time

The date on and time at which the package was created.

Comp Repl Errors

The count of errors associated with the component replacements with error entity type as ‘Comp. Repl’.

Other Errors

The count of errors other than package, discrepancy or component replacement errors with error entity type as ‘Others’.

Last Validated Date & Time

The date and time when the work package was last validated by the employee.

Last Validated By

The employee who most recently validated transferred the work package from LineAnywhere to Ramco Aviation.

Transferred Date & Time

The date and time of transfer of the package from LineAnywhere to Ramco Aviation.

Transferred By

The employee who transferred the work package from LineAnywhere to Ramco Aviation.

Verifying work packages

You must validate work packages in the “Pending” transfer status to ascertain and rectify errors in them.

Note: You cannot validate work packages in the Load Status - ‘Loaded”.

On validation of the packages, if any (Task / Discrepancy / CR) errors are found in the package at the time of transfer; Transfer Status for the package is set as “Error-Transfer”. Similarly, if any errors related to CoM generation are encountered against the package, Transfer Status is set as “Error-CoM”. Transfer Status becomes “Error-Closure”, if any errors related to closure of the package are found at the time of closure.

Processing work packages

You can process validated work packages; validated work packages with errors can also be processed. Alternatively, transferred work packages can be straightaway processed without validation.

The transfer status of the work packages becomes “Processed”, if no errors are found in the work package. However, if remain in the work packages, the transfer status is set as “Validated”.

Note: You cannot process work packages in the Load Status - ‘Loaded”.

The system generates the CRS document with unique CoM # in “Confirmed” status for validated packages transferred from the offline mobile device (LineAnywhere) under the following conditions:

Short closing work packages

You can shortclose the work packages in the “Pending” transfer status. Alternatively, you can shortclose work packages with/without resolving the errors subsequent to validation, if the errors do not adversely affect the aircraft operability.

The transfer status of the work packages becomes “Shortclosed”.

Note: The Mode of Usage flag for Loaded work packages becomes “Online”.
