Manage Transfer Info popup
The “Manage Transfer Info” popup appears with the details of the work package selected in the “Manage Transfer Package Log” multiline. This popup primarily aims to pinpoint the source of the errors to users who can then quickly rectify them and proceed to process or short close the package. Alternately, users select the work package they want to work with by using search criteria as explained next.
Enter the following to retrieve errors from packages transferred from the offline mobile LineAnywhere device:

Error Entity Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of entity against which you want to retrieve errors from the package. The drop-down list box displays the following:

Use the drop-down list box to select the entity reference against which the errors have been detected. The drop-down list box displays the reference # for the entity type that you have selected in the previous field as illustrated in the table:

Error Message |
To retrieve errors with a specific error message, enter the error text. |
The multiline displays the attributes, permitted values and the present value for the error entity type. You can proceed to modify the value for the attribute, if found wrong.
Enter a valid value for the attribute in the “Value” column of the multiline.
Click on the “Save” pushbutton.
