Manage Delivery To Codes – A summary of the activity

Quick codes are user-defined values which are used across the application. Manage Logistics Quick Codes is a screen where quick codes under logistics function can be defined, modified or viewed.
You can define a quick code for a specific quick code type, by providing a unique identifier and a description for it. The quick code must be unique for the Quick Code Type – Ref. Doc. Type – Ref. Doc. Sub Type combination. The system assigns the “Active” or “Inactive” status as defined by the user once the quick code is created and sets the created date to the server date and time.
What you can do in this activity
The delivery codes identify the shipping destination and are used for shipment tracking. The created delivery codes are then mapped to a supplier under the “Supplier” business component in “Maintain Delivery Address Info. for Supplier” activity.
