Warranty Start Date for the parts received

The “Warranty Start Date for the parts received” parameter enables users to determine the start date of the warranty period for parts received through goods/repair receipt. If you set the parameter to ‘1’ or blank, the warranty period will begin with the goods/repair Receipt date. Alternatively, you can set the warranty start date to the goods/repair receipt Pack Slip date, if you select ‘2’ as the value for the parameter. However, if the Pack Slip date is blank in the goods/repair receipt document, the system automatically sets the start date of the warranty period for received parts to the Receipt date.
