This page allows you to specify the search criteria and select the user status that you need to modify. Tell me more

The “Edit User Status” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. 

Document

Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of document for which you need to modify the user status details. The system provides the options, “Purchase Order”,“Goods Inward”, "Duty Document", “Goods Receipt”, “Goods Return to Supplier”, “Purchase Request”, “Blanket Purchase Order”, “Release Slip”, “Repair Order”, “Request for Quotation”, “Loan Order”, “Rental Order”, “Loan / Rental Receipt", “Part Data Change", "Build/Break Kit" and "Pick List". The system retrieves all the user statuses, which are already defined in the “Create User Status” activity of the current business component, for the document type specified here. The system sets the field to “Purchase Order” by default. 

Status

Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the user status that you need to retrieve. The system lists the options “Active” and “Inactive”. The system retrieves all the user-defined statuses that are in the status specified here. You can leave this field blank to retrieve all the user statuses irrespective of their status.  

The system displays the following field in the “Search Results” multiline:

User Status

The user status retrieved by the system. 

Description

The textual description of the user status (Alphanumeric, 80). Mandatory. 

Status

Use the drop-down list box to modify the status of the user-defined status, to either “Active” or “Inactive”. 

 

Set the status as “Inactive”, if you wish to disable this user status from future reference in other activities.

The system displays the following:

Created By

The name of the user who created the user status. 

Created Date

The date, in the specified date format, on which the user status was created. 

Last Modified By

The name of the user who last modified the user status. 

Last Modified Date

The date, in the specified date format, on which the user status was last modified.

Activate or inactivate user status

You can change the status of the user status to “Active” or “Inactive”.

The system retrieves the user-defined statuses in the “Search Results” multiline.
