The “Maintain INCO Terms” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields appears in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

Enter the following filter criteria in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for INCO terms to be modified. Data entry in the following fields is optional:

INCO Term

The INCO term for which the details are to be modified (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the INCO terms in full, or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the INCO terms that are similar to the value entered here.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the INCO terms to be modified. The status could be “Active” or “Inactive”. The system retrieves all the INCO terms that are in the status specified here. Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve details of INCO terms irrespective of their status. The system leaves the field blank by default.

Note: The system retrieves the INCO terms details in the multiline, if it has been already created. Once created, the “INCO terms” cannot be modified.

INCO Term

A unique number identifying the INCO term (Alphanumeric, 150). Mandatory.

Description

The textual description of the INCO term (Alphanumeric, 150). Mandatory.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to modify the status of the INCO term to “Active” or “Inactive”.

 

Set the status as “Inactive”, if you wish to disable the INCO term from future reference in other activities. Set the field as “Active” when you create the INCO terms for the first time.

The system displays the following:

Created By

The name of the user who created the INCO term.

Created Date

The date on which the INCO terms was created.

Last Modified By

The name of the user who last modified the INCO term information.

Last Modified Date

What you can do in this page

Activate or inactivate INCO terms

You can inactivate an INCO term that is in the “Active” status, so that it is disabled from future reference in other activities.
