The “View Region Maintenance Summary” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

Region

Use the drop-down list box to specify the region to which the station is mapped. The system lists all the active regions as defined in the “Common Masters” business component.

The system leaves the field blank by default.

Station #

The number identifying the station for which the due list has to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 32). You can enter the station number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the stations with numbers similar to the number entered here. Leave this field blank to retrieve all the stations, irrespective of the number entered here.

Date From

The starting date in the range of dates, from which the due list has to be retrieved (Date Format). Mandatory. The system displays the current system date by default.

Date To

The ending date in the range of dates, until which the due list has to be retrieved (Date Format). Mandatory. The system displays the current system date by default.

The system displays the following details in the “Due List” multiline:

Station #

The number identifying the station.

Scheduling Alerts

The scheduled alert indicating the lack of resources or insufficient ground time, for executing the work unit. The system displays “Ground Time Insufficient”, “Resource Insufficient” or “Resource and Ground Time Insufficient”.

No. Of Aircraft Arrivals

The total number of arrivals of the aircraft at the station. The system displays the count of the aircraft expected to be on ground for the specified period, as defined in the “Aircraft Routing” business component.

Count of AOG Aircraft

The total number of the aircraft that are on ground with “AOG” status, as on the current system date.

Material Status

The status of the material requested for executing the work unit. The system displays “Okay” if the delivery date falls within the need date of the parts; else, the system displays “Not Okay”.

Assigned Man-Hours

The total man-hours assigned for completion of the work unit. The system displays the sum of the man-hours required for executing each work unit assigned to the station.

Available Man-Hours

The total man-hours available for executing the work unit. The system displays the sum of the shift duration of each employee.

Aircraft At Station

The total number of aircraft that are available at the station as on the current system date.
