In this activity, you can generate the Transaction audit for a Part #.
Select the “Generate Transaction Audit” link under the “Stock Management Reports” business component.
The “Inventory Transaction Audit” page appears.
The system displays the following:
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields must be entered in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the date format is not defined, the system displays the Organization level format. |
Enter the following in the “Report Criteria” group box:
From Transaction Date |
The starting date, in the range of dates, for which the inventory transaction audit report must be generated (Date format). |
To Transaction Date |
The ending date, in the range of dates, for which the inventory transaction audit report must be generated (Date format). |
Note: Ensure that "From Transaction Date" is less than or equal to "To Transaction Date".
From Part # |
The starting number, in the range of part numbers, for which the inventory transaction audit report has to be generated (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the "*" character. |
To Part # |
The ending number, in the range of part numbers, for which the inventory transaction audit report has to be generated (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the "*" character. |
Note: Ensure that "From Part #" is less than or equal to "To Part #".
Location |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the location for which you wish to generate the report. Leave this field blank to generate the report irrespective of the location. |
Warehouse # |
The warehouse number for which the report must be generated (Alphanumeric, 10). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the "*" character. |
Transaction Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of transaction, which could be "Receipt", "Issue", "Return" or "Stock Correction", for which the report is to be generated. Leave this field blank to generate the report irrespective of the transaction type. |
Part Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the part type, which could be "Component", "Expendable", "Kit", "Consumable", "Tool", "Raw Material" or “Miscellaneous”. Leave this field blank to generate the report irrespective of the part type. |
Enter the following in the “Report Options” group box:

Use the drop-down list box to select the report action. The system lists the following options: |

Sort By |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the field by which the audit transaction report must be sorted. The report can be sorted based on "Transaction Date", "Part #", "Location", "Warehouse", "Transaction Type" or "Part Type". |
Select the “Generate Transaction Audit” link to generate the transaction audit report.
