Generating Stock Status Summary
This report provides a summary of the storage details, issue transaction details for the serial numbers or lot numbers of the part.
Select the “Generate Stock Status Summary –Serial No/ Lot No Wise” link under the “Stock Management Reports” business component.
The “Generate Stock Status Summary – Serial No/ Lot No Wise” page appears.
Enter the following in the “Report Criteria ” group box:
From Part # |
The starting number, in the range of part numbers, for which the stock status summary is to be generated (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the "*" character. |
To Part # |
The ending number, in the range of part numbers, for which the stock status summary is to be generated (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the "*" character. |
Note: Ensure that "From Part #" is less than or equal to "To Part #”.
From Component # |
The starting number, in the range of component numbers, for which the stock status summary is to be generated (Alphanumeric, 90). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the "*" character. |
To Component # |
The ending number, in the range of component numbers, for which the stock status summary is to be generated (Alphanumeric, 90). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the "*" character. |
Note: Ensure that "From Component #" is less than or equal to "To Component #".
From Serial # |
The starting serial number, in the range of serial numbers, for which the stock status summary is to be generated (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the "*" character. |
To Serial # |
The ending serial number, in the range of serial numbers, for which the stock status summary is to be generated (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the "*" character. |
Note: Ensure that "From Serial #" is less than or equal to "To Serial #".
From Lot # |
The starting number, in the range of lot numbers, for which the stock status summary is to be generated (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the "*" character. |
To Lot # |
The ending number, in the range of lot numbers, for which the stock status summary is to be generated (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the "*" character. |
Note: Ensure that "From Lot #" is less than or equal to "To Lot #".
Location |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the location for which you wish to generate the stock status summary. Leave this field blank to generate the report irrespective of the location. |
Warehouse # |
The warehouse number for which the report must be generated (Alphanumeric, 10). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the "*" character. |
Part Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the part type, which could be "Component", "Expendables", "Kit", "Consumables", "Tools", "Raw Materials" or “Miscellaneous”. Leave this field blank to generate the stock status summary irrespective of the part type. |
Enter the following in the “Report Options” group box:

Use the drop-down list box to select the report action. The system lists the following options: |

Sort By |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the field by which the stock status summary must be sorted. The report can be sorted based on "Location", "Warehouse #", "Part #", "Component #" or "Part Type“ |
Select the “Generate Stock Status Summary” link to generate the stock status summary for the selected part serial or lot numbers.
