Receipts in "Received" status

The system displays the color coding for the CR, SL, FR, IN, MO and the value in What Next? fields as follows for the goods receipt and repair receipt in “Received” status.

Note: The color codes for CR, SL, FR, IN & MO are G - Green, Y - Yellow, NA - Grey, W – White, R - Red

If the system displays Yellow color in the CR field, click the hyperlink for the system to launch the “Edit Goods Receipt” or “Edit Repair Receipt” page.

If the system displays Yellow or Red color in the SL field, click the hyperlink for the system to launch the “Edit Serial / Lot Details” page in the goods receipt and repair receipt and default with the corresponding Part #.

If the system displays Red color in the FR field, click the hyperlink for the system to launch the “Edit Goods Receipt” or “Edit Repair Receipt” page.
