Mandatory conditions
Mfr. Date is mandatory for the received component, if part#-serial # is new to inventory and, if “Mfr. Date for New Components” is ‘1’ for the receipt type in the Set Inventory Process Parameters activity of Logistics Common Master. However, if the component is The value of the process parameter “Mfr. Date for New Components” determines whether Mfr. Date is mandatory for the received component for the receipt type as illustrated in the below table.
