All Active storage locations mapped to the warehouses listed in the Warehouse #” field as defined in the “Storage Administration” business component. The search retrieves reference documents associated with the receiving location that you select here.

Sub Type

All sub types defined under the type of the reference document. The system retrieves reference documents of the sub type that you select here.

Priority

All Active priority codes defined in the Maintain Priority Codes activity of Logistics Common Master component. The system retrieves reference documents that are assigned the priority you select here.

Category

All Active categories defined for the reference document type in Create Category activity of Logistics Common Master component. For example: If the reference document is a ‘Repair Receipt’, categories defined for Repair Receipt transaction would be displayed in the drop-down list box. The system retrieves reference documents classified under the category that you select here.

User Status

All Active user statuses defined for the reference document type in the Create User Status activity of Logistics Common Master component. For example: If the reference document is a ‘Repair Receipt’, user statuses defined for Repair Receipt transaction would be displayed in the drop-down list box. The system retrieves reference documents with the user status that you select here.
