Viewing additional information for technical log

This page allows you to view the additional information such as file attachment details, mechanic / inspector details, outgoing flight details and additional work details for a technical log.

Select the “Additional Information” tab in the main page.

The system displays the following in the “Document Attachment Details” group box:

File Name

The name of the file that is associated to the technical log and is used for reference.

The system displays the following in the “Mechanic Details” multiline:

Lead Mechanic #	The code identifying the mechanic in the aircraft.
Lead Mechanic Name	The name of the mechanic.
License #	The license number of the mechanic.
Comments	Any remarks or comments pertaining to the technical log.

The system displays the following in the “Inspector Details” multiline:

Lead Inspector #	The code identifying the inspector.
Lead Inspector Name	The name of the inspector.
License #	The license number of the inspector.
Comments	Any remarks or comments pertaining to the technical log.

The system displays the following in the “Outgoing Flight Details” group box:

Sch. Dep. Date & Time	The date and time of flight departure.
To Station	The destination station of the flight.
Day’s first flight	Specifies whether the outgoing flight is the first flight for the day.

The system displays the following in the “User Defined Details” multiline:

Technical Log Detail 1	Additional details relating to the technical log that have been defined in the “Flight Log Attributes” activity of “Common Masters” business component.
User Defined Detail 1	Any other additional information pertaining to the technical log.
Technical Log Detail 2	Additional details relating to the technical log that have been defined in the “Flight Log Attributes” activity of “Common Masters” business component.
User Defined Detail 2	Any other additional information pertaining to the technical log.
Technical Log Detail 3	Additional details relating to the technical log that have been defined in the “Flight Log Attributes” activity of “Common Masters” business component.
User Defined Detail 3	Any other additional information pertaining to the technical log.

The system displays the following in the “Additional Work Details”group box:

Pilot Special Report	Any observations reported by the pilot.
Additional Work Performed	Details of additional work performed on the technical log.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the “Discrepancy Details” tab in the main page, to view the discrepancy details associated to the technical log.
