Selecting aircraft for viewing the fuel or oil consumption details

This page allows you to select an aircraft for which the fuel or oil consumption details are to be viewed. Tell me more.

Select the “View Fuel / Oil Consumption” link under the “Flight Log” business component.

The “Select Aircraft” page appears.

Enter the following field in the “Direct Entry” group box, if you know the aircraft registration number for which the fuel or oil consumption details are to be viewed:

Aircraft Reg #

The aircraft registration number for which fuel or oil consumption details are to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30).

Select the “View Fuel Consumption” link provided alongside to view the fuel consumption details for the aircraft.
Select the “View Oil Consumption” link provided alongside to view the oil consumption details for the aircraft.
Enter the following filter criteria in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for an aircraft. Data entry in the following fields is optional:

Aircraft Reg #	The aircraft for which the fuel or oil consumption details are to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the registration number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all aircraft whose registration numbers are similar to the number entered here.
Aircraft Model #	Use the drop-down list box to select the model for which the fuel or oil consumption details are to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 20). The system retrieves all the aircraft belonging to the models specified here. Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve details of aircraft irrespective of the model. The system leaves the field blank by default.
Aircraft Group #	Use the drop-down list box to select the aircraft group for which the fuel or oil consumption details are to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 20). The system retrieves all the aircraft belonging to the group specified here. Leave the field blank to retrieve all aircraft irrespective of the group. The system leaves the field blank by default.
Planning Base	Use the drop-down list box to select the organizational unit in which the aircraft is defined . The system retrieves all the aircraft created in the organization unit specified here. Leave the field blank to retrieve all aircraft irrespective of the organization unit. The system leaves this field blank by default.

Click the “Search” pushbutton to display the search results.

The system fills in the following fields in the multiline, based on the filter criteria entered:

Aircraft Reg #	The aircraft registration number for which the fuel and oil consumption report are to be viewed.
Aircraft Model #	The model to which the aircraft belongs.
Planning Base	The organization unit in which the aircraft is defined.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the aircraft for which the fuel or oil consumption details are to be viewed.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the “View Fuel Consumption” link at the bottom of the page to view the fuel consumption details for the selected aircraft.
Select the “View Oil Consumption” link at the bottom of the page to view the oil consumption details for the selected aircraft.

Selecting aircraft for viewing the fuel or oil consumption details – An overview

In this page, you can select an aircraft for which the fuel or oil consumption details are to be viewed. If you know the exact aircraft registration number, you can directly enter it. Otherwise, you can carry out a search based on the aircraft registration number, aircraft model, aircraft group and the planning base. Based on the search criteria, the aircraft details are displayed in the multiline.
