Selecting aircraft for viewing flight interruption details report

In this page you can select the aircraft for which the interruption details report recorded during the flight journey are to be viewed. Tell me more.

Select the “View Operational Interruption Report” link in the left pane under the “Flight Log” business component.

The “Select Aircraft” page appears.

Enter the following details in the “Direct Entry” group box:

Aircraft Reg #

The aircraft registration number for which the flight interruption details reported for the journey log are to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30).

Click the “View Operational Interruption Report” provided alongside to view the flight interruption details reported for the journey log.
Enter the following details in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Aircraft Reg #	The aircraft registration number for which the flight interruption details reported for the journey log are to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30). Enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the aircrafts whose registration numbers are similar to the number entered here. Leave this field blank, if you wish to retrieve all the aircrafts irrespective of the registration number.
Aircraft Model #	Use the drop-down list box to select the model to which the aircraft belongs. The system retrieves all the aircrafts belonging to the model specified here. Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve details of aircraft irrespective of the model. The system leaves the field blank by default.
Aircraft Group #	Use the drop-down list box to select the group under which the aircraft is classified. The system retrieves all the aircrafts belonging to the group specified here. Leave the field blank to retrieve all aircraft irrespective of the group. The system leaves the field blank by default.
Planning Base	Use the drop-down list box to select the organizational unit in which the aircraft is defined. The system retrieves all the aircraft created in the organization unit specified here. Leave the field blank to retrieve all aircraft irrespective of the organization unit. The system leaves this field blank by default.

Click the Search pushbutton to retrieve the aircraft details in the search results multiline.

The system displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline.

Aircraft Reg #	The aircraft registration number for which the flight interruption details are to be viewed.
Aircraft Model #	The number identifying the model to which the aircraft belongs.
Planning Base	The organization unit in which the aircraft is defined.

Click the hyperlinked “Aircraft Reg #” field in the multiline, to view the interruption/delay details reported for the flight.

Selecting aircraft for viewing interruption details report – An overview

In this page, you can select an aircraft for which the delay details are to be viewed. If you know the exact aircraft registration number, you can directly enter it. Otherwise, you can carry out a search based on the aircraft registration number, aircraft model, aircraft group and the planning base. Based on the search criteria, the aircraft details are displayed in the multiline.
