Updating fuel/oil uplift details
Select the “Update Fuel / Oil uplift details” link under the “Flight Log” business component.
The “Select Fuel / Oil Record” page appears
The system displays the following field.
Date & Time Format |
The format in which date and time must be displayed. This format is displayed from the “User Preference” business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
Enter the following details in the “Fuel /Oil Log Details” group box:
Fuel / Oil Log # |
The number identifying the Fuel / Oil log record reported for the aircraft (Alphanumeric, 25). Enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the Fuel / Oil log records with numbers similar to the number entered here. |
Aircraft Reg # |
The number identifying the aircraft for which the Fuel / Oil details are to be updated (Alphanumeric, 30). Enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves the fuel/oil log details recorded for the aircraft registration number specified here. Help facility available. |
From Date |
The starting date in the range of dates, from which the fuel/oil details are to be retrieved for the aircraft (Date Format). |
To Date |
The ending date in the range of dates, until which the Fuel / Oil details are to be retrieved for the aircraft (Date Format). |
Work Center # |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the work center for the Fuel/ Oil log. The system lists all the work centers mapped to the login user as defined in the “ Create Work Center” activity of the “ Work Center” business component, with execution capability as “Line Jobs” and “All”. The system leaves the field blank by default. |
Execution Station |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the station at which the Fuel/ Oil log has been reported. The system lists all the ‘Active’ execution stations that are defined in the login organization unit. The system leaves the field blank by default. |
Reference Document Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the reference document against which the Fuel / Oil uplift details are to be updated. The system provides the following options:

Ref Document # |
The number identifying the reference document for which the fuel/oil uplift details are to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 40). Enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the Fuel / Oil log records corresponding to the reference document number entered here. |
Flight & Leg # |
The number identifying the flight and the leg for which the execution ref # is created, for which the Fuel / Oil uplift details are to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 30). Enter the leg number in the box provided alongside. Enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the Fuel / Oil log records reported for the flight and leg number specified here. |
Log Leaf # |
The number identifying the log leaf which contains the fuel/ Oil log details (Alphanumeric, 40). Enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the Fuel / Oil log records reported for execution ref #s having log leaf number similar to the number entered here. |
Note: Leave all the above mentioned fields blank in order to retrieve the fuel/oil log details irrespective of the search criteria specified above.
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve all the fuel/oil log records reported for aircraft.
The system displays the following details in the “Search Results” multiline.
Fuel/Oil Log # |
The number identifying the Fuel / Oil log record reported for the aircraft. |
Click the hyperlinked “Fuel/Oil Log #” field to update the fuel/oil log details.
The system displays the following fields:
Aircraft Reg # |
The number identifying the aircraft for which the fuel/oil uplift details are to be updated. |
Uplift Date & Time |
The date and time at which the fuel or oil is uplifted in the aircraft. |
Ref. Document Type |
The reference document type for which the fuel/oil uplift details are to be updated. The reference document type could be either “Execution Ref #” or “Others”. |
Ref. Document # |
The number identifying the reference document for which the Fuel / Oil uplift details are to be updated. |
Work Center # |
The number identifying the work center for the Fuel / Oil log. |
Execution Station |
The execution station at which the Fuel / Oil log is reported. |
Log Leaf # |
The number identifying the log leaf which contains the Fuel / Oil log details. |
Flight # |
The number identifying the flight for which the Fuel / Oil log is created. |
Leg # |
The number identifying the leg of the flight for which the Fuel/ Oil log is created. |
