Generate Flight Data Report – A summary of the activity

This activity enables you to generate the Flight Data report for a range of trips, flight sheets or contracts or specific document.

You can generate the Flight Data report based on specific filters to retrieve the requisite information in the report. The filters that you can specify include the date, customer, aircraft, document # range and the report level.

The report level refers to the type of document based on which you want to generate the report, that is trip, flight sheet or contract.

The report retrieves vital details of flights associated with the specified trip #/flight sheet # / contract # including:

• Aircraft and Model
• Customer, Field Base and Reference Document (trip #/flight sheet #/ contract #)
• Hobbs Meter Reading, Total Flight Time and Total number of Landings
• Arrival and Departure details
• Cargo and Pax details
• Fuel details

This report also provides place holders for Remarks by flight crew and, signatures of the first and second pilots.
