Create Direct Flight Sheet – A summary of the activity

Flight Log - An Overview

You can create a flight sheet based on journey legs by selecting the flight codes other than “NFW-No Flight Weather”, “NFR-No Flight Required”, “NFU-No Flight Unsch.”, “NFS-No Flight Sch.” or “NFH-No Flight Hangar Maint.”. The journey legs, for which the fight sheet is to be created, are selected in the “Select Journey Legs” page of the “Create Flight Sheet” activity. The aircraft details and customer call sign, corresponding to the selected journey legs are retrieved by the system. The “Billing Details”, “Activity Details” and “Duty Details” must be entered when the flight sheet is created based on the journey legs. In this case, the details of the selected journey legs are retrieved by the system in the multiline.

You can specify the appropriate flight codes to create a flight sheet directly, under no flight conditions. Any one of the flight codes “NFW-No Flight Weather”, “NFR-No Flight Required”, “NFU–No Flight Unsch. Maint.”, “NFS–No Flight Sch.Maint.” or “NFH–No Flight Hangar Maint.” must be selected when a flight sheet is to be created without any actual journey being made (i.e., without any journey legs association) for an aircraft contracted to a customer, to support billing. The “Billing Details” except aircraft replacement information, “Activity Details”, “Duty Details” and “Leg Details” should not be entered when the flight sheet is created directly.

A unique system-generated number identifies each flight sheet. The system assigns the “Fresh” status to the flight sheet on creation.
