Basics of using a typical web page

Using Online Help

This page allows you to retrieve the flight schedule numbers along with other details that are already defined. You can carry out a search using the flight schedule number, flight number, schedule period and status of the flight schedule.

The “Help on Flight Schedule #” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are to be entered. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default

Flight Schedule #

The flight schedule number for which the details are to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the flight schedule number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the flight schedules with numbers similar to the number entered here.

Flight #

The number identifying the flight for which scheduling has been done (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the flight number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the schedules for the flight number specified here.

From Date

The starting date, in the range of dates, from which the flight schedule details are to be retrieved (Date Format).

To Date

The ending date, in the range of dates, till which the flight schedule details are to be retrieved (Time Format).

Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the fight schedule to be modified, which could be “Active” or “Inactive”. Leave this field blank to retrieve flight schedules irrespective of the status. The system leaves the field blank by default.

The system displays the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline, based on the filter criteria entered:

Flight Schedule #

The flight schedule number retrieved by the system.

Flight #

The number identifying the flight for which scheduling has been done.

Leg #

The number identifying the leg in the journey.

Trip #

The number identifying the trip in the journey.

From Date

The date starting from which the flight schedule is effective.

To Date

The date till which the flight schedule is effective.
