Selecting a flight schedule for modification

This page allows you to select a flight schedule for modification. Tell me more.
Select the “Edit Flight Schedule #” link under the “Flight Assignment” business component.
The “Select Flight Schedule #” page appears.
The system displays the following field:

Date & Time Format |
The format in which the date and time fields are to be entered. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default |
Enter the following field in the “Direct Launch” group box, if you know the exact flight schedule number:

Flight Schedule # |
The flight schedule number for which the details are to be modified (Alphanumeric, 24). |
Click the “Edit Flight Schedule #” link provided alongside, to modify the flight schedule details.
To search for a flight schedule
Enter the following filter criteria in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for a flight schedule number. Data entry in the following fields is optional.

Flight Schedule # |
The number identifying the flight schedule for which the details are to be modified (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the flight schedule number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the flight schedules with numbers similar to the number entered here. |

Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the fight schedule to be modified. Leave this field blank to retrieve flight schedules irrespective of the status. The system leaves the field blank by default. |

Flight # |
The number identifying the flight for which scheduling has been done (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the flight number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the schedules for the flight number specified here. |

Schedule Date From |
The starting date, in the range of dates, from which the flight schedule details are to be retrieved (Date Format). |

Schedule Date To |
The ending date, in the range of dates, till which the flight schedule details are to be retrieved (Time Format). |
Note: If you have specified both “Schedule Date From” and “Schedule Date To” fields, the system retrieves the schedule details recorded during the specified date range.
Click the “Search” pushbutton.
The system displays the following data in the “Search Results” multiline:

Flight Schedule # |
The flight schedule number retrieved by the system. |
|
From Date |
The date starting from which the flight operations are scheduled. |
|
To Date |
The date till which the flight operations are scheduled. |
|
Status |
The status of the flight schedule. |
Click the hyperlinked flight schedule number in the multiline to modify the flight schedule details.
Selecting flight schedule for modification – An overview
This page allows you to select a flight schedule for modification. You can carry out a search based on the flight schedule number, status, flight number and date range. Based on the search criteria, the flight schedule details are displayed in the multiline.
