Registered office is the office address that is given for the legal documentation of the company. A company has only one registered office. The address and contact information can be entered for the registered office. You can also modify the details that are already entered.

The “Edit Registered Office Information” page appears.

The system displays the following fields:

Date Format

The format in which the date field appears in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following fields in the “Company Identity” group box:

Company Code

The code of the company for which the registered office details must be defined.

Company Name

The name of the company.

Note: On launching the page, the company address details are filled in the following fields. You can modify the details.

Address

The address or physical location of the registered office (Alphanumeric, 255). Mandatory.

Zoom facility available.

City

The city where the registered office is located (Alphanumeric, 32).

Phone #

The contact telephone number of the registered office (Alphanumeric, 30).

State

The state where the registered office is located (Alphanumeric, 32).

Fax #

The contact fax number of the registered office (Alphanumeric, 30).

Country

The country where the registered office is located (Alphanumeric, 40).

Zoom facility available

Mailstop

The mail stop number of the registered office (Alphanumeric, 20).

Zip Code

The zip code of the physical location of the registered office (Alphanumeric, 15).

Telex

The contact telex number of the registered office (Alphanumeric, 30).

URL

The URL address of the company’s homepage on the internet (Alphanumeric, 30).

The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box after clicking the “Edit Address Details” pushbutton:

Last Modified By

The name of the user who last modified the registered office information.

Last Modified Date

The date on which the registered office information was last modified.
